A leading not-for-profit organisation working at the intersection of education, skills, and industry is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager to deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing activity that drives meaningful engagement with both school and corporate audiences.

The role

As Marketing Campaigns Manager, you'll take the lead on a series of key projects most notably, a high-profile annual awareness week that celebrates future careers and sparks inspiration in schools across the country.

You'll also support a range of other stakeholder and schools-focused campaigns, helping drive engagement with educational programmes and corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and delivery of a national awareness week campaign

  • Designing and managing campaigns to engage schools and B2B/corporate audiences

  • Developing digital content (web, social, email, search) and campaign assets

  • Supporting proactive PR and media engagement to boost brand visibility

  • Leveraging key national events and awareness days to extend reach

  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance and insights

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A track record of delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns

  • Experience with digital content, social media, CMS and SEO best practices

  • Knowledge of press and PR activity, including reporting and media monitoring

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and budget awareness

  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion

  • Experience in the education, skills, or not-for-profit sector is a plus
