Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead planning and delivery of targeted campaigns within Consulting, Risk and Outsourcing. You will align with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and sign-off campaign plans, using central assets and standard templates.

You will ensure reliable execution, coordinate stakeholders, and report performance, while flagging local nuances and risks early for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Integrated campaign experience; professional services experience beneficial.
• Strong delivery discipline, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with basic performance reporting and standard templates.
• Sound judgement to recognise and escape risk early.

Responsibilities

• Draft campaign plans for assigned activity and iterate with the lead to sign-off.
• Coordinate delivery actions, timelines and dependencies, ensuring quality.
• Support campaign kick-offs and stakeholder communications for clarity.
• Maintain updates and ensure approvals are followed.
• Apply firm value propositions and central assets consistently.
• Flag local nuances or market issues and escalate when needed.
• Track measures and provide timely reporting inputs.
• Capture learning and improvements and share with the lead.
• Identify delivery risks early and escalate with context.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quick issue resolution.
