Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to plan and deliver campaign activity within Consulting, Risk and Outsourcing. You’ll work with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to develop, iterate and gain sign‑off for campaign plans, ensuring alignment to capability standards, templates and agreed priorities.

This role is accountable for reliable execution, stakeholder coordination, and accurate performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Integrated campaign experience; professional services experience beneficial.
• Strong delivery discipline, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with basic performance reporting and adopting standard templates/processes.
• Sound judgement to recognise and elevate risk early.

Responsibilities

• Draft campaign plans for assigned activity and iterate with the relevant campaign lead to achieve sign‑off.
• Coordinate delivery actions, timelines and dependencies, ensuring work is completed to quality standards.
• Support campaign kick‑offs and stakeholder communications so responsibilities and next steps are clear.
• Maintain consistent updates and ensure approvals are followed.
• Apply firm value propositions, approved messaging and central assets consistently within campaign delivery.
• Flag local nuance, buyer feedback or market issues that may require adjustment and escalates through the campaign lead.
• Track agreed measures and provide timely reporting inputs and delivery updates.
• Capture learning, issues and improvement ideas and share them with the campaign lead.
• Identify delivery risks (timelines, dependencies, approvals, readiness) early and escalates with clear context.
• Maintain accurate documentation so issues can be resolved quickly.
