We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves Marketing Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing EMEA marketing team. Reporting directly to our Director of Marketing, you’ll lead and deliver high-impact B2B campaigns across email, events, webinars, and digital channels to build awareness, generate leads, and grow pipeline.

What You'll Do
  • Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, and lead generation initiatives using HubSpot
  • Event Excellence: Manage webinars and trade shows from concept to completion – planning, logistics, promotion, execution, and follow-up
  • Content Creation: Write compelling campaign copy, blogs, and content that translates our solutions into clear customer value
  • Digital Marketing: Run LinkedIn ad campaigns and support PPC initiatives to drive quality leads
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and results
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS environment
  • HubSpot proficiency is non-negotiable – you should be comfortable building campaigns, landing pages, and workflows
  • Proven experience managing and promoting events and webinars end-to-end
  • Comfortable writing content that turns technical features into meaningful customer outcomes
  • Strong content writing abilities for emails, blogs, and campaign materials
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and deliver results
  • Experience with LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing campaigns
