What the job involves
The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives targeting healthcare clients across the UK, EU, GCC, Australia, and North America. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring expertise in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, event planning, and performance analytics. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated campaigns that elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and support global business growth. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will align campaign activity with strategic goals and help position VitalHub UK as a leader in digital healthcare solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual strategic marketing campaign plans in collaboration with the Marketing Director, contributing to sales pipeline and revenue growth globally.
- Coordinate and own funnel-based campaigns including product visualization, campaign visuals, business collateral, social media, website content, thought leadership, advertorials, industry publications, digital content, press releases, case studies, webinars, user groups, workshops, and support relevant event planning and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify target audiences and create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to attract new customers and foster repeat business.
- Support demand generation through content development in coordination with subject matter experts and product management to engage prospects and assist the sales team.
- Set campaign goals and KPIs, manage timelines, and ensure on-time execution.
- Implement a data-driven approach to analyze marketing effectiveness, develop dashboards for performance measurement, and report key learnings.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
Key Deliverables:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with VHUK and VitalHub group goals.
- Manage and deliver integrated plans across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
- Align marketing efforts with sales to support pipeline and revenue targets.
Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute campaigns supporting product launches, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage messaging, creative assets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Content & Communications
- Create marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, emails, and brochures.
- Support internal/external PR and thought leadership activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all initiatives.
Events & Webinars
- Organize webinars, roundtables, podcasts, and industry events.
- Oversee logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
Digital & Web
- Manage website content with global teams.
- Support SEO, paid media, and analytics reporting.
- Tailor campaign messaging for regional markets.
Customer Marketing & Case Studies
- Work with customer success and sales to develop impactful customer stories.
- Repurpose content for channels and sales enablement.
