Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic and growing Marketing team at WEX. This hybrid role, based in our London office, offers a chance to make a real impact in a global organisation by delivering high-performing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and commercial success.
You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. What’s on Offer?
- Competitive salary of between £48000-£55000 (based on experience)
- Annual company bonus
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working from our London office (1-2 days per week)

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Plan, create, and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and build brand awareness
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing, as well as external agencies and vendors
- Develop campaign strategies with clearly defined objectives, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs
- Own the full campaign lifecycle—from concept to execution, measurement, and continuous optimisation
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI
- Use analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights
- Lead post-campaign reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for future improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials and touchpoints
- Keep up with the latest marketing trends and tools, proposing innovative approaches to campaign execution
Experience You’ll Bring
- Experience in marketing campaign management with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Proficiency across digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign tracking
- Skilled in interpreting marketing data and translating it into actionable insights
- Strong organisational and project management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling messaging
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Preferred but Not Essential
- Experience in Financial Services or Cards Marketing
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience in international marketing and understanding of regional nuances
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM best practices, and social media management
- Fluency in additional European languages (French, German, Italian) is a plus
