Location: Esholt BD17 7RH (hybrid working - 3 days office & 2 days home based)

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, manage, and execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive appointments, build client relationships, and support our growing network of practices.

Your Mission:

To coordinate and deliver effective marketing campaigns that generate eye and hearing care appointments, communicate our brand message, and drive demand. This role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of campaign strategy, creative execution, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual campaign calendar
  • Lead campaign implementation from brief to delivery
  • Oversee creative development with agencies and suppliers
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future activity
  • Build strong relationships with practice teams and key internal stakeholders
  • Drive buy-in to campaigns and increase marketing performance
  • Manage external agencies to ensure quality output and value
  • Set and monitor marketing campaign budgets
  • Process POs and invoices in line with budget procedures
  • Produce monthly reports for senior leadership and board updates
