Role Overview:

We seek a Marketing & Business Support Coordinator to enhance our brand presence and support internal operations. Responsibilities include content creation for LinkedIn, internal marketing materials, HR administration, and contributing to talent acquisition. If you are creative, organised, and eager to impact a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Create engaging social media assets (graphics, GIFs, short videos) for LinkedIn and potentially other platforms
• Assist in creating pitch decks, brochures, and marketing materials for consultants
• Post job openings, company updates, and industry insights on LinkedIn
• Develop and execute LinkedIn engagement strategies to attract clients and candidates

HR & Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including contracts, onboarding paperwork, and employee records
• Support in attracting new internal talent through job posts
• Maintain internal HR documentation and policies
• Create LinkedIn banners and headshots for new starters, add them to HR systems, and send welcome packs

Business Support

• Assist with general administrative duties for daily operations
• Organise company events, book flights and accommodation for international trips
• Support leadership with ad-hoc projects
• Help improve internal processes for efficiency

What are we looking for?

• Experience in LinkedIn social media marketing or content creation
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic HR or recruitment experience is a plus but not necessary
• A self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Ownership of tasks and proactive attitude
• Highly organised with multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a bonus
