Job summary

Seeker Recruitment is recruiting for a founder-led, private equity-backed consultancy to appoint a Marketing Business Partner who will lead direct, customer-focused marketing for its consulting division. Job description

A founder-led, private equity-backed consultancy is seeking a Marketing Business Partner to lead direct, customer-focused marketing for its consulting division. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning expert insight into real commercial conversations.

The role

• Act as Marketing Business Partner to the Chief Customer Officer and consulting leaders, getting to know their growth priorities, propositions and target customers
• Turn the firm’s insight and content into focused B2B direct marketing campaigns aimed at senior decision-makers
• Use CRM and customer data to segment audiences, prioritise activity and support timely follow-up
• Develop customer journeys across email, digital, events, thought leadership, social and direct outreach
• Shape clear propositions, messages and calls to action
• Come up with ideas for new campaigns and routes to market, then own the operational detail needed to deliver them
• Write high-quality briefs and work with the central Marketing team across brand, content, digital, events and automation
• Manage campaign plans, schedules, dependencies and stakeholders from concept through to launch and follow-up
• Make sure customer engagement and next steps are recorded consistently in the CRM
• Track and report on engagement, meetings, pipeline influence and ROI

About you:

• Strong B2B direct marketing experience, ideally in professional services or another relationship-led environment
• A track record of using customer insight, CRM data and segmentation to build targeted campaigns
• Experience turning specialist content into clear communications that create commercial opportunities
• Confident working with senior commercial stakeholders and coordinating delivery through a wider marketing team
• Strong operational discipline, with a firm grip on detail, deadlines and dependencies
• A balance of creativity and delivery: you can generate ideas and turn them into measurable activityCommercial, curious and proactive, and comfortable creating structure where things aren’t yet defined
