Job summary

Boutique West End Law Firm in London is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead the BD and marketing strategy, reporting to the Board and collaborating with fee earners and support groups across the firm. You will drive campaigns and develop client relationships to win new business.

The role also involves managing marketing events, updating the website, producing client newsletters, coordinating with external designers and PR, and working in a hybrid setup (3

Qualifications

• Strong academics, preferably a recognised marketing qualification; results-driven, proactive, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing plans to raise the profile of the firm and to help develop strategies to win new business
• Supporting the fee earners to help them build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective contacts, and to identify new business opportunities
• Leading and managing all firm marketing events, to include seminars, webinars and hospitality
• Maintaining the firm’s website to ensure the website and content is current; liaising with the firm’s external web designers as required
• Producing articles and literature including client newsletters and bulletins. Liaising with external designers to create new material as required. Uploading to the firm’s website and other social media platforms
• Working with the firm’s external PR team to promote the business
• Responding to enquiries generated by marketing activity and reacting accordingly
• Staying up to date with current and emerging issues/trends

This Boutique West End Law Firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to head up the firm's BD and marketing strategy.

What’s On Offer:

• Salary circa £75,000
• Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
• 09:30-17:30 working hour
• West End, London

The Marketing & Business Development Manager will report directly into the Board and work with all fee earners and support groups across the firm. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's continued development within the London legal industry, working with sector heads and partners, developing and implementing campaigns. There is the additional support of a BD Assistant for the incoming individual.

Marketing & Business Development Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:
