Job summary

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager on a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover to drive growth across disputes and investigations. You will blend strategic BD with hands-on execution, supporting partners, developing pitches, client targeting and market intelligence across key practice areas.

This role offers exposure to international clients and a collaborative environment for immediate impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' business development or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong pitch and proposal management experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pitches, proposals, RFPs and client presentations.

• Drive profile-raising activities, including directory submissions and industry rankings.

The Role
