We’re seeking a part-time Marketing & Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team at Raw Hire. This role is ideal for someone who loves combining big-picture marketing thinking with the ability to execute tasks that keep the wheels turning.

About the Role

You’ll be the conduit between internal and external communications, bringing personality to the team and our corporate brand. The role is a mix of hands-on marketing execution, team leadership, and strategic direction which is ideal for someone who loves variety and can bring experience to the role.

Your work will span across:

  • Coordinate end to end event management, including suppliers, merchandise logistics and attend representing the brand
  • Support in aligning internal communications to the strategy and brand
  • Developing and overseeing marketing strategy, campaigns, sponsorships, and brand initiatives
  • Managing digital platforms, including website updates, eDMs, and social media calendars
  • Coordinating external agencies and creative suppliers
  • Manage and maintain merchandise
  • This role works closely with senior leadership and collaborates with multiple internal departments.
What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor of Marketing or Business with Marketing major or relevant discipline (preferred)
