Job Title: Marketing / Brand Manager

Location: Chester

Salary: GBP45,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a global company within their prestigious, modern Chester office. The role is full-time and permanent.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

  • Be the brand custodian for Signia and other own label ranges
  • Manage annual brand management processes
  • Own all brand communications to B2B and B2C targets
  • Control the total Marketing Communications schedule (including digital): customer communications, PR, advertising, and manage the marketing activity schedule
  • Line manage a Marketing Executive
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities of the department
  • Deliver company targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure graphic design workload meets customer needs
  • Review and monitor external vendors such as print, POS, design, and events management
  • Manage the marketing budget aligned with sales goals and company objectives
  • Collaborate with sales leads to develop and deliver launches and campaigns
  • Develop the marketing team by setting clear objectives and conducting ongoing performance reviews
  • Participate in management meetings, contributing to company objectives and performance
  • Manage and coordinate exhibitions and events, ensuring planning aligns with company goals, with support from the events team
  • Support product management for existing and new technologies
  • Work with the Marketing Director and counterpart Marketing Manager to oversee broader market strategies
About You
Essential Experience:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or similar roles
  • Strong competencies in customer focus, leadership, motivation, inspiration, and strategic thinking
