The Role:

The Crowd are partnering with an iconic global architecture practice who have shaped landscapes around the world. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong graphics sense to join their London team.

You will join the company’s small marketing team in London, yet will collaborate on an international level with our client’s other offices, supporting with content and providing graphics input to the company’s new business strategy. The role would suit someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing or bids support role, and someone who is confident collaborating and communicating at all levels, as the role will involve working alongside senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the creation of compelling promotional marketing collateral
  • Support with the updating and coordination of bid and tender submissions
  • Copywriting and proofreading marketing material
  • Work with the team to assess new business opportunities
  • Support the team with information management
  • Collaborate with the overseas offices to ensure consistency across the department is maintained
  • Ad-hoc marketing and graphics tasks

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or bids role within the architecture/built environment
