Anthem Consulting Ltd is partnering with a growing boutique law firm in London to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Executive. The role offers a hybrid setup with two days in the office and close collaboration with partners and the marketing team.

The successful candidate will lead client development, manage cross-selling initiatives and own pitches, while delivering regular reporting on activity and pipeline outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, ideally from a professional services environment.
• Ability to own projects and drive them to completion.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders across the firm and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development and targeting initiatives from planning to evaluation.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities across the firm.
• Manage the pitch and proposals process.
