Job description

Role: Hubspot Consultant

Location: Woking, Surrey/Remote - 2 days per week in the office

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience

My client is a rapidly growing B2B marketing agency with clients in the tech sector, which has doubled in size over the past two years and continues to grow at a rate of 30% year-on-year.

Job Overview:

You’re already an expert in HubSpot, but you’re driven to do more. This is your opportunity to become a true expert across all things MarTech. While HubSpot will remain your core platform, you’ll have the opportunity to work with other marketing automation tools and related technologies across a variety of exciting clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the lead HubSpot/Marketing Automation expert for your clients, guiding them on best practices and platform usage.
  2. Translate marketing strategies into actionable HubSpot configurations and campaigns.
  3. Configure and optimise HubSpot across email, forms, landing pages, lead scoring, automation, dashboards, and CRM integrations.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions that align with client objectives.

Skills / Experience:

  1. 2-3 years’ experience working hands-on with HubSpot
  2. Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategy
  3. Strong communication and client-facing skills
  4. Exposure to broader MarTech (CRM integration, analytics platforms, etc.)
  5. B2B agency experience
  6. Understanding of the B2B technology sector (desired)

Working Arrangements:

Hybrid working - two days a week in the Woking office
