Job summary

William Blake Group is partnering with a Global Asset Manager to recruit for a Marketing Operations role focused on producing presentation materials and supporting multiple campaigns and system upgrades. The 12-month fixed-term contract involves working with Product Marketing, Data and Legal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include formatting, multilingual charts, and collaboration across marketing and investment functions to translate data into actionable content

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge & skills of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel in production environment.
• Demonstrates proactive ability to collaborate and develop and maintain relationships with internal associates and external parties.
• Sound understanding of relevant financial products and ability to apply it to work assignments.
• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrates strong desktop publishing potentially with some design experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Data and Legal teams to capture and prepare changes and or new materials.
• Ensure changes are implemented consistently and accurately across materials.
• Fulfill orders for presentations and pitch materials.
• Layout and content customization often with tight deadlines.
• Edit and update data/content in presentation materials from SMEs and sources.
• Review materials for accuracy and escalate issues as needed.
• Format data, create multilingual charts, and suggest better design layouts for multilingual publishing.
• Translate raw data, charts and research into practical content with investment teams.
• Monitor presentation material orders in client/material databases.
• Identify and recommend material production process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of materials/regulations to ensure compliance.

Job description

We are exclusively partnered with a Global Asset Manager to support with a new hire in their Marketing Operations function. This is a 12 month FTC that will focus on the production of presentation materials as well as contributing to numerous projects including product & client campaign launches, system upgrades & process / automation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Product Marketing, Data and Legal teams to capture and prepare changes and or new materials.
• Ensure changes are implemented consistently and accurately across a breadth of materials.
• Fulfill orders for presentations & pitch materials
• Bespoke in layout and content often with tight deadlines.
• Edits and updates new data and content in presentation materials by gathering data from various industry-related online sources, proprietary systems and/or subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Reviews materials for accuracy. Escalates inaccuracies to the appropriate department.
• Formatting data, creating multilingual charts, and potentially suggesting better design layouts for published content to be easily produced in multiple languages.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Data Results or the supporting Investment functions to translate raw data, charts and research into practical and easy to use content.
• Monitors incoming presentation material orders in the client and material request database.
• Identifies and recommends material production process improvements
• Maintains and applies knowledge of the presentation materials and regulations to ensure legal compliance
