Job summary

Techtronic Industries - Europe HQ in Maidenhead is seeking a Marketing Specialist to coordinate cross-channel campaigns across Europe. You will develop materials for POS, campaigns, and press; oversee production shoots; manage asset libraries; and partner with product teams and distributors to deliver compelling NPI and category marketing.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, plus willingness to travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• University Degree is preferred.
• Good organisational, time management and workload prioritisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Strong analytical/numeracy skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of additional European languages desirable.
• Willing to travel (EU and long-haul).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing materials across multiple channels, including point of sale, merchandising, in-store campaigns, print literature, and press releases.
• Support the creation of video and photography assets, including briefing, reviewing storyboards, attending and overseeing production shoots.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as managing the image library and regularly updating assets for local marketing use and website integration.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams and product management to develop compelling NPI (New Product Introduction) and category marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the brand marketing, digital, and content teams, as well as external suppliers and key distributors across Europe.
• Support with social media content creation and management.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency by maintaining brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
