Job description

About Us

Skin Cupid is a leading e-commerce platform on a mission to bring the very best of Asian skincare to a global audience. We are a curated destination for skincare lovers, offering a wide selection of high-quality products from the most innovative and trusted Asian beauty brands. We believe in empowering our community with knowledge and choice, making skincare shopping fun, accessible, and effective.

Joining Skin Cupid means being part of a fast-growing, passionate team that celebrates cross-border beauty and wellness — both online and offline.

About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Lead at Skin Cupid, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. From ideation to delivery, you’ll manage every stage of the campaign lifecycle — ensuring that creative is compelling, messaging is clear, and results are measurable.

You’ll be hands-on with everything from creative production to performance tracking, working closely with stakeholders across the business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with data, and knows how to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns that span online and offline channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, website, in-store touchpoints, and brand events.
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies that align with business goals, product launches, and key promotional moments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Translate campaign objectives into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and high-quality output.
  • Oversee campaign performance tracking and post-campaign reporting, using insights to optimise future marketing efforts.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Project manage campaigns from concept through to execution and post-launch review
  • Work closely with teams across marketing, creative, e-commerce, and fulfilment to ensure seamless execution
  • Track timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard

Creative Development

  • Oversee the development of campaign assets including visuals, copy, and video content
  • Write and edit marketing copy across channels — from emails and ads to social posts and landing pages
  • Be hands-on with Canva and other creative tools to produce assets when needed
  • Ensure consistency and strength of brand messaging and visual identity across all materials
  • Support product launches by writing and reviewing product detail pages (PDPs) on the website, ensuring copy is accurate, engaging, and optimised for conversion

Email Marketing

  • Own campaign execution for email — from content planning to build and scheduling
  • Develop engaging, high-performing emails that drive traffic and sales
  • Monitor performance and continuously test and optimise for better results

Campaign Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track key campaign metrics using dashboards and analytics tools
  • Deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Apply learnings to enhance future campaign strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years minimum of experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role, ideally within beauty or consumer goods
  • Strong project management and organisational skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines with precision
  • Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Hands-on creative skills with Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and marketing messaging
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Confident interpreting campaign data and drawing insights
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable, and energised by working in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom

What We Offer

If you love working in a tight-knit team, you’ve found the right place!

  • A collaborative, dynamic environment in a fast-growing beauty brand
  • Generous employee discounts on all products
  • Hybrid working model (3 days a week in our London office)
  • Free products and early access to new launches
  • Regular team lunches, dinners, and social events
