Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Marketing Associate on a fixed-term contract of one year in Leicester. The role will work alongside the Marketing Manager, delivering hands-on marketing activities across digital campaigns, content creation, and event support.

You will contribute to marketing plans, assist with website content, SEO/SEM, and craft various communications while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to achieve objectives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Good project management and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of marketing plans, brand initiatives, and integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media
• Assist with website content, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing activities
• Write and edit communications, including press releases, social media posts, presentations, and case studies
• Provide support at trade shows, facility visits, and other company events
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and media activity
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to meet marketing objectives
• Contribute to consumer research and competitor analysis
