Job Description: Marketing Associate at Ralph Lauren

The Marketing Associate role will oversee 60 stores across 14 European countries, co-creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each market. The goal is to attract and retain customers in a dynamic and ambitious environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, persuasive, highly analytical, and capable of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

This role requires a genuine passion for the Ralph Lauren brand, a strong interest in fashion and performance marketing, and the ability to inspire change and generate excitement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute end-to-end performance strategies collaborating with marketing, commercial teams, and partners with clear KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Brand Share & Voice: Enhance qualitative share of voice through initiatives with landlords, ensuring brand equity and preparing quarterly progress reports.
  • Strategy Collaboration: Work with media and CRM teams to influence engagement and sales strategies, analyzing trends and the competitive landscape to inform decisions.
  • Campaign Analysis: Lead post-campaign evaluations, sharing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Channel Coordination

  • Coordinate efforts across retail, operations, planning, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Manage content and messaging, negotiate with external partners, and oversee share of voice initiatives.
  • Develop strategic documents for regular updates and ensure comprehensive communication across the organization.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of the fashion industry, including online/offline and full-price to off-price segments.
  • Relevant marketing knowledge.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
