We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Marketing Manager to join our Segment Marketing International team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop and execute tactical marketing plans in alignment with strategic marketing priorities, ensuring that all activities support business goals and deliver value to clients.
• Design, implement, and continually optimise targeted marketing programmes to drive lead generation, support the sales pipeline, and enhance client experiences across multiple channels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Digital & Demand Generation, Brand, and Social teams, as well as international marketing colleagues, to deliver integrated and compliant campaigns.
• Monitor, measure, and report on marketing activity effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve return on investment (ROI) and ensure adherence to local regulations and financial promotion rules.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Degree-level education required; Investment Management Certificate (IMC) preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a marketing role within the financial services sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of investment products and financial regulations.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering compliant marketing communications and campaigns, both online and offline, tailored to different client segments and geographies.
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional and international teams, adapting marketing strategies to diverse markets and ensuring a cohesive brand message across all regions.
