The Job

The UK Marketing Associate role is a hands-on, high-ownership position responsible for driving growth across UK channels and marketplaces. This is an ideal role for a commercially minded marketer who loves social media, influencer marketing, and experimenting with bold ideas that convert attention into results.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership, test fast, and scale what works - all within a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven environment.

Your day to day will include:

• Owning and executing the UK marketing strategy to drive high-quality traffic and revenue growth
• Developing and managing social marketing initiatives, including performance-led affiliate programmes
• Leading paid and organic influencer activity, from sourcing creators to managing partnerships and measuring impact
• Generating ideas for highly engaging, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Managing and developing offshore social media VAs, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment
• Testing and refining marketing strategies internally before scaling execution through VA teams
• Supporting smart distribution strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion
