Track24 is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their mission-driven team. This role involves supporting lead generation, executing marketing campaigns, and managing the marketing technology stack while contributing to the sales pipeline for their AtlasNXT platform. The position is hybrid, requiring visits to the office 1-2 times a week.

As we scale into new territories and markets, we’re looking for a proactive and analytically-minded Marketing Associate to join the Track24 team. In this key role, you’ll support lead generation, drive marketing campaigns, and manage our marketing technology stack—directly contributing to a high-quality sales pipeline for AtlasNXT.
As the bridge between marketing, sales, and the wider business, you’ll help identify the best channels for reaching our target audience, produce reports that guide strategic decisions, and play a hands-on role in executing campaigns across social, email, events, and digital channels. Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Manage content across social media, website, and email channels
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Produce campaign reports and performance analytics
Write and proof marketing materials (e.g. blogs, press releases)
Support event and webinar planning

Sales Development
Research and qualify leads using Zoho CRM, Klenty, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Conduct outreach to engage prospects and book appointments
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Align lead generation efforts with the sales team
Positive, responsive, and deadline-driven
Keen eye for detail and strong passion for design
Adaptable and collaborative
Aligned with Track24’s mission
Strong communicator, internally and externally
Experience in SaaS, security, or risk management sectors is a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable but not required)
