Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Grade 3 (SCP 3 – 4) £24,027 – £24,404 per annum (pay award pending)

Invictus Education Trust are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing, Media and Communications Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career to develop a wide range of skills—including social media management, content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing—while working towards a fully-funded Marketing Degree through a Degree Apprenticeship programme.

As part of our thriving Multi Academy Trust you you’ll play a key role in supporting meaningful education initiatives through creative campaigns, content and events. You'll gain hands-on experience managing social media platforms, supporting Trust-wide campaigns, and helping coordinate professional events. With access to industry leading training, including cutting-edge skills in AI, content creation, analytics, and design. you will be supported to grow your career in a forward-thinking and innovative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
