Job description

The Marketing Assistant will support the implementation of a marketing plan and agreed schedule of marketing activity aimed at building product and brand awareness and driving inbound leads. This will include delivery of a variety of marketing materials and collateral as well as communications and campaigns

Salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team with delivery of multi-platform campaigns across print, digital, social and video.
  • Under guidance of marketing team, produce content and communications
  • Support idea generation and contribute to marketing team planning

About You
  • Experience in a marketing role or relevant internship/work placement.
  • A basic understanding of marketing principles and the full marketing mix.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using basic marketing tools and software (e.g., email marketing platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office).
  • Team player who’s proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership of smaller tasks while learning from senior colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment is a bonus but not essential.
