THE JOB
We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Premium Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts behind Ticketmaster’s premium ticketing and hospitality offerings, including VIP experiences across music, festivals, sport, and theatre.
In this entry-level role, you’ll help deliver marketing activity that drives awareness and demand for our VIP products. You’ll support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, managing content updates, coordinating across teams, and ensuring our VIP offerings are well represented across Ticketmaster platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Campaign Support
Assist with the setup and scheduling of marketing campaigns across email, social, and site.
Help maintain campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Prepare campaign summaries and gather key performance metrics for review.
Digital & Website Coordination
Support updates to event and VIP pages using our CMS (e.g., WordPress, Prismic).
Ensure content is up to date, accurate, and visually consistent.
Help manage the presence of VIP experiences on Ticketmaster's homepage and event listings.
Team Coordination
Work closely with the content, creative, and CRM teams to help deliver aligned marketing materials.
Assist in gathering assets and copy for campaigns from stakeholders and partners.
Help document marketing activities for internal records and post-campaign wrap-ups.
Reporting & Administration
Collect data and help prepare basic reports on campaign performance.
Maintain internal trackers and documents to support campaign organisation.
Support general administrative tasks, including meeting notes and calendar management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)
Some experience or education in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of CMS platforms (training provided).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS)
Enthusiastic about live events and premium experiences.
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who’s happy to pitch in and support colleagues.
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
A strong communicator with good written and verbal skills
Internship or previous assistant-level experience in marketing, live entertainment, or hospitality.
Basic knowledge of SEO or social media tools.
An eye for detail and a passion for customer experience.
Interest in luxury or premium brand marketing.
