Marketing Assistant – £27,920 - £30,000 per annum – Permanent – Hybrid

About our Team:

Our Library Marketing team is dynamic, lively and results-oriented, with a passion for data. We collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Editorial Teams to raise awareness and build brand recognition in the library market and among researcher user-groups for our existing digital library products and new product ideas as they are in development.

Your new role:

You’ll work with the Courses Marketing team to implement marketing activity to support Sage Campus and Epigeum, two growing product lines built around online courses, to achieve their objectives. You will collaborate closely with editorial and the sales team to keep customers up to date with product information and create marketing campaigns to drive product- or territory-specific results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute assigned email campaigns, social media activity, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing collateral on the sales enablement platform and serve as the first point of contact for sales questions related to Highspot.
  • Prioritise and manage marketing support tasks to ensure robust assistance for the Global Library Marketing team.
  • Assist the Library Marketing team in achieving business goals for digital products, sales territories and Marketing programs.
  • Monitor general inbox and ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders from other departments to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
