Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Managers for Care, Childcare and Medical in driving the business objectives of Christie & Co’s Care, Childcare and Medical sectors, working together to continue developing the brand across multiple channels and driving lead generation.

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in delivering high-quality and consistent marketing materials and campaigns. We're looking for a driven, ambitious individual eager to build a career in marketing—this is a great opportunity to begin shaping your future in the field.

Responsibilities
In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Managers to deliver varied campaigns that support brand development across sectors.
  • Monitor competitor activity to stay informed on market trends and suggest improvements to marketing strategies or service offerings.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, presentations, and seminars with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the execution of email and social media campaigns, track ROI, and contribute to printed and digital marketing efforts.
  • Create content for multi-channel campaigns using recent deal activity and team successes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support, including working with the wider UK Marketing team on firm-wide initiatives and the creation of marketing materials.

What we are looking for
The suitable candidate for this role would bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, which can include internships or voluntary roles.
  • A degree-level education (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A solid understanding of email marketing and best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
