Coty is seeking a Kylie Cosmetics Marketing Assistant intern to join the UK team for a 13-month placement within Coty Luxury. You will support the marketing activities for Kylie Cosmetics in the UK market, gaining exposure to planning, execution and analysis of 360 campaigns.

The role offers hands-on experience across media, assets, audits, e-content and cross-team collaboration, with a fast-paced brand environment and a focus on business learning and development.

Responsabilidades

• Support UK marketing team in managing Kylie Cosmetics in the UK & I.
• Assist in executing 360 marketing plans, media, assets and post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor brand performance, trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Maintain competitor records and monthly tracking including promotions and ads.
• Collaborate with local and global marketing, sales, supply and agencies.
• Audit brand e-content on retailer sites and update with e‑commerce team.
• Participate in sampling strategies for product launches and key periods.
• Assist with budget files, PO creation and invoice queries.
• Distribute new product samples to marketing, sales and PR teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

An ideal opportunity for a 13-month placement to join the Kylie Cosmetics Marketing team in our Coty Luxury Division, supporting the team in developing, implementing and analyzing marketing activity across the brand in the UK Market.

This opportunity offers a great deal of exposure and insight, giving valuable experience to support your on-going business/marketing related studies and the opportunity to work on an amazing, fast-paced brand.

• Support UK marketing team in the management of the Kylie Cosmetics brand in the UK&I

• Day to day support in executing 360 marketing plans including media executions, asset production and post campaign analysis

• Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities

• Maintaining competitor records and monthly tracking records (including promotions, Point of Sale and advertising)

• Liaising closely with the local and global marketing teams, the sales team, supply and the external agencies to achieve the above roles and responsibilities

• Complete regular audits of brand e-content on retailer web sites and work with e-Commerce team to update content where relevant

• Develop a holistic sampling strategy to support product launches and key consumption periods

• Maintaining budget files by raising PO’s and supporting with invoice queries

• Management and distribution of new product samples to marketing, sales and PR teams as required
