Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the European marketing team across multiple channels, helping to create engaging content and ensure materials are accurate and on-brand.

You will work with brand, digital, content, product management and external agencies to develop campaigns, briefing projects, and coordinating assets for POS, campaigns, and social media.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing assistant, marketing coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content creation and social media.
• European language skills desirable and flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering marketing materials across multiple channels
• Supporting point-of-sale, merchandising, in-store campaigns, print literature and press releases
• Supporting the creation of video and photography assets
• Helping to brief projects and review storyboards
• Attending and supporting production shoots where required
• Managing and maintaining the marketing image library
• Updating marketing assets for local use and website integration
• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and category marketing activity
• Working with product management and local marketing teams to develop compelling marketing content
• Collaborating with brand marketing, digital and content teams
• Working with external suppliers and key distributors across Europe
• Supporting social media content creation and management
• Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
• Managing multiple projects and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
