Job summary

ENMASE Group, a specialist UK technical training provider, is seeking a Marketing Assistant in South Gloucestershire. This junior role suits recent graduates or those with limited marketing experience who want to develop skills across social media, campaigns and website content.

The role reports to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Business Development and offers gradual responsibility, exposure to events, email marketing and CMS tasks, with a supportive team and clear brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing and willingness to learn
• Ability to produce high quality work to deadlines
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proactive, collaborative approach to supporting colleagues
• Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, CMS such as WordPress would be helpful but not essential

Responsibilities

• Support social media activity by scheduling posts and gathering content
• Coordinate exhibition and event bookings, stand requirements, travel arrangements, promotional materials
• Help manage print advertising deadlines and liaise with trade publications
• Maintain marketing schedules, digital files and image libraries
• Assist with email campaigns in HubSpot and prepare templates
• Update website CMS with news and course information
• Proofread materials and ensure brand consistency
• Provide marketing administration and keep activities organized
• Work with colleagues to align with company values and safety practices
