Job summary

ENMASE Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a specialist UK training provider in South Gloucestershire. The role is ideal for graduates or those new to marketing who want to develop skills in social media, campaigns and website content.

You will report to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Business Development and help keep communications accurate, aligned with the brand, and drive promotion of training services. Office-based with some home working

Qualifications

• Marketing, business or communications study; relevant projects or practical experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support social media activity by scheduling posts and gathering assets from trainers and teams.
• Coordinate exhibition and event bookings, stand requirements and travel arrangements.
• Help manage print advertising deadlines and liaise with trade publications.
• Maintain marketing schedules, digital files and image libraries.
• Assist with email broadcasts in HubSpot, prepare templates and support campaigns.
• Make routine website CMS updates and keep course information accurate.
• Proofread marketing materials and follow brand guidelines.
• Provide general marketing administration and support colleagues.
