Responsibilities
  • Help arrange external marketing events, including all pre-event promotion and marketing and post event evaluation and follow up.
  • Support the development and management of direct marketing campaigns, especially in relation to our calendar of annual client events.
  • Sourcing, creating and writing content for a variety of marketing channels and materials, including website, social media, YouTube, newsletters, media interviews, press releases, email campaigns and brochures.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and manage the production of industry research.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual business and marketing plans.
  • Liaise with agencies to provide external marketing and communications support where required, e.g. digital agencies, design agencies, video production agencies.
  • Analysis of KPIs and ROI across different marketing channels and activities.
  • Providing support in updating website CMS with new content and ensuring all marketing activity adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Benchmarking and competition analysis, identifying best practices across our industry

Experience Required
  • A qualification in Marketing is preferred
  • Experience (including internships and placements) preferred but not essential
  • High degree of spoken and written English
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
