Tony Gee and Partners is currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant in the Business Development team based in our Esher office.

About the role:

  • Sitting within the Business Development Group to deliver its responsibilities and objectives across all international regions.
  • Supporting the functions of the Senior Marketing Manager with corporate marketing and promotion initiatives.
  • Interfaces with senior staff across the business
  • Work on internal and external promotional events
  • Production of marketing literature, including capability statements, brochures, promotional material and advertisements
  • Preparing web content for our external platforms and intranet
  • Secondary responsibilities will be to support other BD Group team members

Required Skills

  • The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with teams in a diverse range of forums and environments.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of marketing and promotional activities
  • Excellent organisation skills to deal with multiple activities simultaneously
  • Ability to meet defined deadlines
  • The ability to input creatively into marketing initiatives.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a business development team in the UK and international regions.
  • To present a positive image internally across the business.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and 365
  • Willingness to work flexibly to ensure workload is managed effectively.
  • Willingness to look for better ways of working whilst considering best practice processes.
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite especially Indesign
  • Experience of client management systems or other pursuit management systems and processes.
  • An appreciation of digital and social media marketing
  • Working knowledge of HTML coding and web-design, Wordpress in particular.

The ideal candidate would be based in our Esher office which is where the Business Development team are located although we would also consider candidates who wished to work out of our St Albans office. Flexibility is required occasionally for travel to our other UK offices as the work requires.
