Job summary

Castell Safety International, part of Sentric Safety Group, seeks a Marketing Assistant (EMEA) to support marketing campaigns, events, digital content, and sales enablement across the EMEA region. The role is full-time and based on-site at the Castell Safety International offices in Kingsbury, working with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support marketing and sales decisions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset and professionalism.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, supporting lead generation, campaign execution, and alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms), good organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in a B2B or industrial environment.
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, digital content, and sales enablement across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate sales and marketing materials and support market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain marketing databases, prepare reports, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a strong customer experience.
• Update content across channels, support events and promotions, and provide administrative support to the wider marketing team.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing activities through day-to-day tasks.
