The Role

• The role involves assisting the Marketing Department to achieve growth and recruitment targets. The post holder will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily duties and develop content and communications across social media and other platforms.

Main Duties for this role include

• Delivering effective and inspiring presentations to school pupils during assemblies, as well as to parents and other influencers as required.
• Visiting local schools to enhance engagement; access to your own car with business insurance is essential.
• Supporting the development and delivery of events across various marketing activities, including high school, university, apprenticeship, and employer-responsive events.
• Developing quarterly content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals, adaptable across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Content will include videos, photography, and graphics.
• Assisting with the organisation and execution of college events, including student marketing, learner experience, open events, school taster days, and college visits. This involves liaising with relevant teams and ensuring timely communications.
• Working closely with the Enrichment Team to develop and maintain internal student communications, promoting key dates like Black History Month, volunteering fairs, UCAS information, awards, GCSE revision, and exams.
