Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into a Marketing Executive position.

Duties

Scarab has ambitious plans for its development and aims to effectively communicate these successes to customers and potential customers. The role may involve digital marketing, event organisation, product launches, and market research. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience in marketing, project management, sales, and product management within a global company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging content, including videos, for the company's website and social media platforms.
• Supporting various departments with campaigns for products and services, including new product launches.
• Analyzing and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns and actions.
• Writing and proofreading press releases, industry magazine articles, etc.
• Optimizing content for SEO to increase website traffic.
• Coordinating with other Fayat Group companies on group marketing objectives.
• Ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are used effectively.
• Assisting with content development for events and exhibitions.
• Developing region-specific marketing strategies for products and services worldwide.
• Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
• Participating in domestic and international marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Focusing primarily on the UK commercial market.

Our Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship programme offers flexible, customizable training combining on-site and remote support. Learners will work with a dedicated assessor providing regular guidance through remote visits and face-to-face meetings as needed. We also offer a fully remote option with online learning materials, virtual classrooms, and ongoing remote support. Throughout the apprenticeship, learners will access various resources and support to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed as a multi-channel marketer and contribute to business goals.

Working days are Monday to Friday on a flexible schedule.
