Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the planning and execution of West One marketing campaigns and mortgage clubs & networks activity in line with marketing plans and strategies.

• Execution of marketing activities in line with global marketing strategy, agreed yearly priorities, and company objectives.
• Mortgage club & networks marketing – Support the planning, procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns for club & network strategy.
• Event management of all West One related events, focusing on club & networks tradeshows and exhibitions, and supporting wider West One events.
• Brand marketing – Working closely with the Head of Marketing to create engaging marketing content for the broker audience to promote West One, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns and communication channels.
• Content, PR & communications – Developing and supporting content marketing strategies, PR, and communication plans, including copywriting for case studies and industry blogs.
• Campaign planning – Ability to plan, implement, and report on marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing Mix - Experiment with various organic and paid channels, including email marketing, digital automation, social media, PPC campaigns, and lead generation.
• HubSpot CRM - Use HubSpot CRM for website CMS, digital campaign scheduling, email marketing, automation, and database management.
• Social media – Develop and execute social media strategies for West One.
• Demonstrable experience in email marketing, PR/Communications, CMS management, and reporting.
• Campaign management and performance reporting.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience within the real estate/property or specialist finance industry is desirable.
