Location: Uxbridge office plus some off-site customer visits and shoots

Most of our customers are currently London-based, but we are expanding into other major UK cities such as Manchester, Brighton, and Bristol. The future looks very promising!

Role Duties

1. Marketing Admin (some): Update and maintain product information on the company website, update product images, maintain client database, organize promotional materials, call customers based on website reviews, gather customer feedback and surveys.
2. Email Marketing: Create email campaigns (general and targeted), develop email communications, strategize, segment audiences, and measure campaign effectiveness, including personalized and optimized campaigns.
3. Event Support: Create engaging invitations, support planning and organization, and retrieve post-event feedback.
4. Customer Loyalty: Organize customer gifting for new clients and loyalty campaigns.
5. Market research: Conduct research on target markets, competitors, industry trends, customer feedback, and perform trend analysis and forecasting.
6. Social Media Content creation: Develop content including photos, videos, graphics, write copy, strategize content ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage with audiences.
7. Assisting the Marketing Lead in: Create blog content, draft articles, and ensure SEO optimization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary qualification, e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Passion for food marketing and a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing.
• A genuine foodie passionate about premium and quality food & ingredients.
• Creative, innovative, pragmatic.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, well-organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to collaborate and create content with others.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities.
