Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in the Marketing and Creative Team, supporting campaigns and in-store marketing communications. You will coordinate the end-to-end creative process for all brand and marketing elements across the customer journey, channels, and customer touchpoints, both offline and digital. This role is based at our Retail Support Centre in Wimbledon.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage, organize, and ensure QA (Quality Assessment) is complete; oversee the end-to-end workflow of campaigns (Studio) by taking briefs from the marketing team and wider business, then providing feedback on creative executions.
  2. Coordinate project schedules, daily team tasks, and the briefing process to ensure all campaign deadlines are met.
  3. Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and update tools like ClickUp to meet deadlines.
  4. Coordinate Creative Review meetings, including minute-taking and preparing Google Slides presentations.
  5. Assist the Social Media Manager across various social channels.
  6. Coordinate influencer, press, and media product requests.
  7. Manage giveaways and influencer product deliveries.
  8. Maintain marketing critical paths and promotional calendars.
  9. Coordinate bespoke store requests and brief new ideas to the retail marketing team.
  10. Monitor the shared retail marketing inbox.
  11. Support the marketing team with ad hoc requests and incentives as needed.
  12. Assist stores with campaign launches.
