Marketing & Business Development Manager at The Wilson Organisation

Are you a super-organised person with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity? We're looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join the friendly and supportive marketing team at Wilsons.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established professional services organisation that values trusted expertise, excellent service, and a personal approach. Wilsons is a family-owned business based in Nottingham for over 100 years, providing insurance and financial solutions to businesses and individuals across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing activities, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and getting stuck into creative tasks too. The role is varied and will include:

• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
• Updating web pages and crafting copy
• Preparing and formatting presentations and marketing materials
• Supporting with email campaigns, client communications and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
• A proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• A team player who’s happy working independently too
• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Feefo, social media management and basic video editing would be a bonus – but not essential
