  • Vorbereitung und Organisation von wöchentlichen Marketing-Mailern.

Job description

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex (Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm

Salary: Competitive, plus other perks

As a Marketing Assistant, you will learn new skills from an experienced Marketing Team to support and execute the company’s marketing strategy.

Your role will provide you with valuable exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  1. Contributing towards the overall creative process, from brief to delivery
  2. Spearheading our events calendar confidently, taking the lead on the preparation and execution of the set up and marketing materials for each event we host/attend
  3. Assisting with the company’s internal and external documentation rebrand
  4. Assisting with the preparation of the company’s monthly newsletter to 27,000+ subscribers, developing interesting article ideas and supplying copy
  5. Creating content for, as well as managing and monitoring the company’s social media accounts
  6. Video editing informative company videos for internal and external purposes
  7. Continual quality control of the company’s websites
  8. Preparing and organising weekly marketing mailers
  9. Developing fresh ideas for the company’s marketing strategy
  10. Supporting other departments with their marketing enquiries
  11. Adhering to the company’s brand guidelines
  12. Weekly reporting on the company’s current marketing campaigns

Travel To Other Offices (infrequent, but necessary as required)

Other ad-hoc administrative duties, as required.

Essentials For The Role

Crucially, the successful candidate will be creative, exude confidence and have the ability to learn new skills and software quickly to further their marketing career. You should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will possess meticulous attention to detail, and a strong focus on both developing and protecting the brand.

  2. Are well-versed with creative applications (e.g., Adobe CC) but can also quickly adapt to unfamiliar software
  3. Have a creative eye with the confidence to put your ideas forward
  4. Can write excellent copy with a clear message, whilst staying on-brand
  5. Foster a strong can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently as required
  6. Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  7. Are driven, passionate and highly motivated, being able to use their initiative
