Marketing Assistant

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly recognisable and hugely successful business in Malvern, that specialise in the sale of new and used motorbikes.

We are recruiting on their behalf for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to help grow the brand and enhance online presence and sales.

This position is working full time, Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm, and can offer a salary of £25-32K.

Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate as we can consider recent graduates with a flair for creativity and online content.

Marketing Assistant main duties:

1. Supporting the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
2. Managing social media platforms - posting content, engaging with followers, and running targeted ads
3. Assisting with email marketing, promotions, and newsletter creation
4. Updating and maintaining the dealership website with new listings and offers
5. Creating marketing materials
6. Helping plan and promote events
7. Monitoring marketing performance and producing basic reports

Marketing Assistant required skills and experience:

1. Some experience in marketing or a related field (ideal, but not essential for the right candidate)
2. Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
3. Creative flair - someone who can write engaging posts and design eye-catching content
4. Strong communication and organisational skills
5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
