Job description

Are you an adventurous soul? A champion of good design and beautiful experiences? Are you in search of opportunity, growth, and a better world?

Then maybe you belong with us.

We’re searching for a Marketing Assistant in London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

Are you hyper-organised, a good communicator and work well in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our team with everything from admin to hosting events and campaigns.

You will work closely with the Digital, Social Media, New Openings and Marketing teams to help us run like a well-oiled machine. If you’re looking for a role that will give you varied experience of a brand and marketing team, this one is for you.

A role less ordinary.
  • Being the one in the know, helping align and organise activities both centrally and on-property, working collaboratively between multiple teams to create synergy.
  • Activation of on-property events and partnerships. This could be helping to organise the opening party for our latest property or getting out and about in local markets spreading the word.
  • Being the person on the ground for selected on-property brand events and partnerships, working collaboratively with our Operations team to ensure successful execution.
  • Booking of press and influencer VIP’s stays in our properties.
  • Researching of local markets and competitors to support successful campaigns.
  • Support the team with accounting processes, including invoicing and PO creation.
  • Assist with team diary management, booking travel, events and organising deliveries.
  • Adhoc project support across the Brand & Marketing team.
Who you are.
  • Enthusiasm for planning and organisation.
  • Innate customer-centric attitude.
  • Confidence to act quickly and take smart risks based on insight.
  • Motivation and initiative to learn and develop.
  • German native speaking would be preferable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
Why grow with edyn?
  • 22 days’ holiday (plus the option to buy more).
  • Wellbeing benefits (cash plan and an Employee Assistance Programme).
  • Free nights in our properties.
  • Excellent travel and development opportunities.
  • Pension (the tax efficient way).
  • Sick pay.
  • Other benefits tailored to you.

We believe in working flexibly – this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information.

  • Based in our London office with adhoc travel to our trading properties.
  • Some flexibility may be required to accommodate travel or events, potentially including weekends and bank holidays.
  • This is a full-time role where you will be working 37.5 hours per week.
