Location: Central London

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support both the Digital and Brand Team with a wide range of marketing activities. From coordinating brand campaigns and partnerships to supporting customer events and loyalty initiatives, you’ll gain exposure across all areas of marketing while making a tangible impact on our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly reporting across all marketing channels
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends
  • Coordinate and develop brand partnerships, including outreach, competitions, and collaborations
  • Support loyalty scheme communications and customer engagement initiatives
  • Help plan and deliver customer events, from concept to execution
  • Collaborate on marketing budget tracking and PO management
  • Brief internal creative teams on assets for social, CRM, and brand use
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal campaign execution and activations
  • Lead charity partnership initiatives, including fundraising activity
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar
  • Assist with brand activations such as pop-ups, sample sales, and stunts

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A team player who can also work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous marketing experience is a plus
  • Retail/fashion industry experience is desirable
