Marketing Assistant

Salary: £30k - £35k +

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days a week from home)

Location: Holborn, London

A well-known, leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their down-to-earth team. Working in a close-knit environment, you will be involved in various exciting events, campaigns, and marketing materials. The firm values its employees and offers flexible working hours and the option to work from home two days a week.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Generating reports for business development and CRM initiatives
  2. Preparing financial reports for monthly management meetings
  3. Assisting with the production of business development materials
  4. Managing website content and some copywriting
  5. Supporting social media efforts
  6. Assisting the marketing manager with legal directory submissions
  7. Sending out email campaigns
  8. Analyzing feedback from client events
  9. Event management
Experience and Personal Attributes:
  1. Approximately one year of administrative experience, ideally in law, marketing, or business development
  2. High attention to detail
  3. Ability to work independently
  4. Mature outlook
  5. Confident yet discreet communication skills
