An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join a prestigious fine dining restaurant group, supporting a dynamic in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or an early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative, and luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing brand communication strategies
  • Support content creation for social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate key marketing activities
  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling, engagement, and community management
  • Support the production of marketing collateral, from menus to promotional materials
  • Help manage website updates and optimise content for search
  • Monitor and report on campaign and social media performance
  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets and compiling reports

About You:

  • Passionate about hospitality, branding, and storytelling
  • Digitally savvy with an interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and website CMS is a plus
