A leading gas generation solutions provider in Inchinnan is seeking a Marketing Assistant to manage marketing data, assist in campaigns, and engage with customers. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing, B2B marketing experience, and excels at data manipulation and organization. This role offers a competitive package and hybrid working opportunities.
This opportunity is based from Peak’s headquarters (HQ) in Inchinnan, just outside of Glasgow and is part of our busy Marketing team. The Marketing Assistant delivers a pivotal function in global marketing funnel management primarily through opportunity reporting, excel data formatting, Net Promoter Score syndication, reporting on marketing activity from key data sources as well as supporting the global marketing team’s content and communications tactics.
As the business system user, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for raising orders, ensuring timely payment with colleagues in Accounts, raising Purchase Orders and pulling stock reports for marketing materials held at HQ.
Supporting the global business through actioning internal marketing support requests, liaising with Marketing colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service and output, the Marketing Assistant will also support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns both from global and in regions to feed into the completion of Marketing, Commercial and Global Objectives.

Ideally you will have some experience of working with CRM and business systems and any previous experience or working within a B2B marketing role would be highly advantageous. More importantly, you’ll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
