Job Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and eager to learn with a passion for marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Support in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Help organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
